Youths of Biu, the headquaters of Biu local government area of Borno are presently in a Pro-Buhari Rally. The youths took to the streets to deum support for President Muhammadu Buhari in his efforts to rid Nigeria of corruption.
Muhammadu Buhari enjoys a cultlike followership not only in Biu but the whole of Borno which dates back to his time in the state as military administrator. Muhammadu Buhari never lost Borno state since his quest to become Nigeria’s president. And now that he is tackling BokoHaram head long, people of Borno may want to use this as a “thank you” gift especially in Biu which now enjoys much peace now having a brush with the dreaded terrorist group only in May 2016.
