Breaking: Panic In Ondo State As Gunmen Allegedly Administer Vaccine On School Children
There is panic in Owo local government area on Tuesday
as there was report that unknown gunmen stormed a school in Emure, Owo Local Government to begin administration of deadly vaccines on school children forcefully.
Reports claimed three school children have died due to the deadly vaccine injected on them.
Most schools in Owo Local Government had sent their pupils home while parents and guardians have rushed to take away their children and wards in school.
The Ondo State Government has however described as baseless and unfounded the News making the round that a forced vaccination exercise is ongoing across schools in the state.
The state Commissioner for Information Yemi Olowolabi in a press state said there is no cause for alarm.
He said investigation has revealed nothing of such is happening in the state.
Olowolabi therefore called on parents, guardians, teachers, students and members of the public to disregard the rumor, and continue with their normal activities without fear.
He assured that the residents of the state would be duty informed of any development, should there be need for it.
