Covid-19: Lagos Rolls Out New Rules Ahead Curfew As 49 Patients Get Discharged

The Lagos State government has announced the discharge of another 49 Covid-19 patients from its isolation centres across the state.

This is coming as the state government also reels out the new rules that will guide the State’s transit and movement as citizens await the end of lockdown and beginning of the 8pm to 6am curfew billed to take off from May 4 2020.

The state governor, Babajide Sanwoolu made the announcement through his chief press secretary Gboyega Akosile.

As the state prepares for the curfew, Lagos State government however said some services will still remain closed. Read the New rules

“All entertainment centres including gyms, spa, recreational facilities inside private estates are to remain closed for two weeks post #lockdownlagos. This would be reviewed after 2 weeks.”-@jidesanwool

Also

Schools remain closed.

Religious centres remain closed.

Entertainment centres, gyms, spas, recreational facilities, even those in private estates remain closed.

Keke Napep is limited to 2 passengers only.

Okadas are NOT allowed.

Eateries will be open between 9am-3pm. Take away only. No dine-in will be allowed.

Commercial buses to load only 60% capacity. No overloading. No standing.
