Few weeks after the just concluded Osun State Governorship election, All Progressive Congress and the Incumbent Governor of Osun State, Adegboyega Oyetola have drag the Independent National Electoral Commission, Ademola Adeleke and his Party, People Democratic Party to the Election Petitions Tribunal.
Chairman of the APC in Osun state, Gboyega Famodun made this known at a press conference which took place at the Party secretariat in Osogbo, on Thursday.
TIMENEWSNG reports that Senator Ademola Adeleke was the gubernatorial candidate of the PDP in the July 16, Osun gubernatorial election where he defeated the candidate of the ruling APC and the Incumbent governor, Oyetola.
The party chairman has said the counsels to the party and that of the Governor have put in place necessary plans and will be proceeding the court.
He added that the legal practitioners have told them that “we have a strong case and we believe we will win at the court.”
