For the second time, Acting president Yemi Osinbajo has failed to grace the commissioning of the International event centre in Akure popularly known as “The DOME”. All state house apparatus were moved out of the premises. The acting president’s podium prepared is being dismantled as the governor did the commissioning himself.
The reason for Osinbajo’s absenceanchored on unfavourable weather but sources close to Tinenewsng opined otherwise, stating high level politics as the reason why the acting president is not showing up. The source further explained that it will be politically incorrect if Osinbajo would come to endorse Mimiko’s fraud at the expense of the government of APC which is due to take over in few days time.
As it is now, the official commissioning of The Dome may not matter since it has even been in use before now.
