Buhari Deploys 4 Ambassadors To UN,AU

President Muhamadu Buhari has approved the deployment of four of the newly appointed Ambassadors-Designate.

The deployment according to the President in a series of tweets @Mbuhari On Friday takes immediate effect.

The four Ambassadors as named by President Buhari are Professor Tijani Bande from Kebbi state, who is to serve as Ambassador/Representative to the Permanent Mission of Nigeria to the United Nations headquarters in New York.

Itegboje Sunday Samson from Edo State as Ambassador/Deputy  Representative, Permanent Mission of Nigeria to United Nations HQ in New York.

Others are Kadiri Ayinla Audu from Kwara State as Ambassador/Representative to the Permanent Mission of Nigeria to the UN Offices in Geneva.

And Bankole A. Adeoye from Ogun State as Ambassador/Representative to the Embassy of Nigeria/Permanent Mission to AfricanUnion in Addis Ababa.

President Buhari who congratulated the new Ambassadors/Representatives, also wished them very best in their assignments.

The deployment came hours after the newly confirmed ambassadors concluded their induction training at the Banquet Hall of the Presidential Villa Abuja.
