The captain of the side Grace Peters said:

“ It’s been really special to be here today, an incredible place and for the players and the staff to come and visit the orphanage. It’s been a special afternoon and we the players really relish this opportunity and we look forward doing this from time to time “

“ It is difficult and bad when kids are dumped after birth and it’s even good enough that some people pick them up and train them to become better people. I urge everyone to keep supporting these set of people as they aren’t as privileged as many of us “
“ We saw some very small cute babies here and its unbelievable that a parent will abandon her child. But overall, we are happy that these kids are strong and are receiving some of the best care you can find anywhere “

Reacting to her words, the head of Orphanage “Our lady of Fatima hospital”, Sister Elizabeth Akinlotan was elated over the donations and tasked them to keep doing more.

” We are glad and very grateful to the management and players of Osun Babes FC, this nice gesture will go along way in helping the kids. I really hope other groups too will emulate this.
