Cognizance to a robust Justice system and the Rule Of law given top priority even in the face of politics is the only way to enhance national growth and nation building eluding Nigeria for the while
. These were the words d Justice Babatunde Adejumo, President of the National industrial Court of Nigeria while speaking at Afe Babalola University in Ado Ekiti.
The event was the annual law week of the institution put together by students of the faculty of Law. The university founded by a legal luminary thus had the Hugh’s and mighties .The Law students’ Society, ABUAD Chapter meritoriously presented and conferred Award of Excellence and Investiture to Hon. Justice Babatunde Adejumo OFR, President National Industrial Court of Nigeria as their patron of Law Students’ Society.
Hon. Justice Adejumo OFR in his remark expressed total appreciation to the school management, staff and the students for organising a successful Law week and promises continuous partnership with the school.
He also admonished the students to be more committed to their studies and encouraged them not to relent in their academic pursuit stressing further that the foundation for a good society will be a sound foundation in justice system and Hugh respect for the rule of law which is being imbibed by the students.
He strongly posited that success of a nation can be measured in the success of its citizens, urging the students to be hardworking in order to be successful first the betterment of not only themselves, but the nation at large.
