The Osun gubernatorial election which was declared inconclusive by the Returning Officer for the election, Professor Joseph Afuape has been scheduled to hold today September 27.
TimeNews gathered that Ademola Adeleke of the PDP led the race in last Saturday’s election with 254,698 votes, 353 votes more than Oyetola.
The margin was, however, less than the 3,498 votes in the polling units where votes were cancelled.
This made he Returning Officer for the election, Professor Joseph Afuape, declare the poll inconclusive.
However, out of 3498 that registered, 2594 collected their PVCs and were expected to exercise their franchise which is presently going on in the 7 polling Units across the state.
