Report reaching timenewsng from Ekiti state indicates that the leader of the House in Ilejemeje Local Government Area of Ekiti state, Mr Olatunji Omotosho has been assassinated by unknown gunmen.
The Ekiti State Commissioner for Agriculture, Chief Olabode Folorunso also known as Mayegun (mmm) and a yet to be identified woman were also kidnapped by the assailants who killed the councilor.
The people were said to be attacked Sunday evening along Iludun- Isan road on their way to Isan Ekiti.
The deceased leader of the house was the Councillor Representing Iye ward one in Ilejemeje local Government.
