Unknown gunmen abducts a senior lecturer of the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Kaduna state.
He was kidnapped alongside his wife and daughter.
The lecturer simply identified as Dr Bako, is said to be of the department of physiology.
According to a source, the attackers broke into the residence of Bako in the early hours of Monday at Sardauna Crescent, Area BZ, ABU Main Campus, Samaria, Zaria.
In a statement, Awwalu Umaru, a spokesman of the university, confirmed the incident.
The incident comes barely a week after three persons were kidnapped at the Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic also in Zaria.
