The All Progressives Congress, APC, Osun has lost one of its staunch members and a former Senator in the State, Senator Adebayo Salami.
Salami represented Osun Central Senatorial District in Nigerian Senate on the platform of the Alliance for Democracy (AD) platform at the inception of the fourth republic in 1999.
Information garnered noted that Salami died in the United States of America on Thursday at the age of 68.
His first son, Oluwatoyin Salami confirmed the incident.
However, the cause of his death was yet to be known as at the time of filing this report.
