The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, has confirmed 214 fresh cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) in 11 states and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
The health agency gave the report on Tuesday night while giving daily updates via its official website.
NCDC also reported one death in the last four days.
The report shows that Adamawa State had the highest daily cases on Tuesday followed by the COVID-19 epicentre in Nigeria, Lagos.
The new report brings the total number of confirmed infections to 162,076 with 2,031 deaths while about 148,530 patients have been successfully treated and discharged from various isolation centers across the country.
