The total active cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) across the country has risen to 7,821.
This follows as the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirms 60 new cases.
The agency made the announcement on Friday night in a post on its verified twitter account.
So far, the country has recorded 164,207 cases since inception with 2,061 deaths while about 154,325 patients have been successfully treated and discharged.
