Chelsea beat Manchester City on Saturday 1-0 to reach the English FA Cup finals.
The blues will face either Southampton or Leicester in the final at Wembley.
A goal by Hakim Ziyech from a Timo Werner assist in the 55th minute saw Chelsea head to the FA Cup final.
Chelsea will now await the winner of the second semi-final game between Leicester City and Southampton on Sunday.
