Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has recorded 29 new coronavirus infections, with zero COVID-19 related death in two states.
The NCDC disclosed this on its official Twitter handle on Tuesday.
The agency said that with the new 29 cases, the tally of confirmed COVID-19 infections in the country jumped to 165,807.
It noted that Lagos State led with 18 new cases and Rivers state with 11 new cases.
The agency said that the country’s active cases stood at 7,320 in the past 24 hours.
