The Special Adviser to Governor Oyetola on Works and Transport, Engr. Olatoke Olaniyan has felicitated with Muslims across the country over Eid El-Fitr celebration, urging the people to uphold the virtues of Prophet Muhammed (S.A.W).
He also charged Muslims all over the country to imbibe holiness which characterised the conduct of the Prophet during his sojourn on earth.
He called for sober reflection and deeper commitment to safety ideals during and after the holy month.
Engr Olaniyan disclosed this in a goodwill message signed by him through his Media Aide Busari Fatai on Thursday.
He enjoined that citizens should be united in love, using this opportunity to pray for those in leadership, for wisdom from the Almighty Allah to take right decisions that would lead to nation building.
He also, called on Motorists in Osun state to be law abiding and not to drink alcoholic substance before and while driving to avoid unnecessary havoc during the cause of celebration.
Engr Olaniyan assured the public and motorists that everything have been put in place by the state government to make the traffic movement across the country safe and free during the Sallah celebration.
He advised Nigerians to comply with the directive and observe the protocols of washing their hands regularly while maintaining social distancing so as to stop the disease from spreading.
He wished Nigerians happy and safe Ramadan.
