Kwara United coach, Abdullahi Biffo has lost his dear wife, the late Bolaji Akande.
The sad event occurred on Thursday evening, just after his side’s NPFL game against Dakkada in Uyo in the afternoon.
According to reports, Harmony Boys lost the encounter 2-0 against the hosts in Uyo before Abdullahi Biffo was informed about the death of his wife
Timenews gathered the deceased battled against sickness in Minna for months in which huge amount was spent.
Reacting on behalf of Kwara United Management, Bashir Badawiy who is the General Manager prayed that God should give Biffo the fortitude to bear the painful loss of his dear wife.
“It’s sad that the wife of our coach is gone and we are hereby condoling him and his family and pray that the departed soul rest in peace,” Badawiy explained.
Kwara United will be facing Enugu Rangers this coming Sunday in next topflight encounter in Ilorin.
