Yoruba Nation agitators on Wednesday afternoon staged a protest in Ibadan, Oyo State to demand release of their embattled leader Sunday Adeyemo aka Sunday Igboho in Benin Republic.
Recall that Igboho, who was arrested at an airport in Cotonou on Monday night, is still being held by the Beninise authorities.
The protesters called on all the Yoruba monarchs and leaders to show total support for Igboho and ensure that he was not extradited to Nigeria.
