Group hails APC election, felicitates with new Katsina Chairman, Senator Ali

The Gwaggware Foundation has felicitated with the newly elected executives of the All Progressives Congress APC, in Katsina state.

The group described their victory at the congress as a new dawn for the party.

This was stated in a congratulatory message signed by the Secretary General of the foundation, Alhaji Shamsudeen Ahmed to the Chairman of the party, Alhaji Sani Ali Ahmed which was made available to newsmen.

The statement read, “Please accept our sincerest congratulations on your success in the recent Katsina State All Progressives Congress (APC) Congress which took place at the Muhammadu Dikko Stadium. We appreciate your hard work and commitment to serving in the All Progressive Congress APC in Katsina state”.

He said the foundation witnessed the event and is of the firm believe that the Congress was conducted in an orderly and matured manner which portends good tidings for the party in the state.

Alhaji Ahmed who is also the Gwagwaren Galadiman Katsina noted that the maturity, composure and good orderliness displayed by party men at the Congress which subsequently led to the smooth conduct of the whole process has further demonstrated the political sagacity and experience of the state governor Rt. Hon Aminu Bello Masari, Dallatun Katsina.

The Gwagware Foundation scribe urged the new executives of the party to be steadfast, and to sustain the peace and unity of the party in the state.

The Foundation also salutes all party men and women in the state for having confidence in the party, and prayed to almighty Allah to grant the new executives the wisdom to propel the party to greater heights in future.

Recall that the election was held last Saturday, however, two chairmanship candidates for the Katsina State All Progressives Congress (APC) elections withdrew from the race on Saturday, hours before the commencement of the process.
