The Trade Union Congress of Nigeria, TUC has directed its members Nationwide to begin mobilisation for protest and Industrial action, should the federal government fail to meet organised labour’s conditions on fuel subsidy removal.
President of TUC, Quadri Olaleye at a briefing in Abuja on Saturday at the end of its national executive Council meeting says the federal government must implement organised labour’s position on fixing the country’s refineries.
The Nigeria Labour Congress had earlier directed its members to mobilise for a nationwide protest from febuary 27.
TUC Also call for a review of the power sector privatization.
On the 2023 general elections, the TUC is asking Eligible Nigerians to obtain their permanent voter’s card to unset any umperforming government
