The concerted efforts made by stakeholders of the All Progressives congress to bring the protruded crisis rocking the Osun state chapter of the party to an end may be described described as one in futility.
This is coming as former governor and interior minister Rauf Aregbesola declared his support openly for a caucus of the party The Osun Progressives, tagging the faction as his own recognized apc in the state.
He made the declaration at the commisioning of the Digital Nigeria Centre (DNC) in ijesa Muslim Grammar School, Ilesa, Osun state, on Friday, January 14, 2022.
The minister who spoke in Yoruba declared that there are two factions of APC in the state and he is bold to say that the chairman of his own APC is Alhaji Rasaq Salinsile
According to the Minister : “I belong to TOP, the group established to correct the wrong within the APC.
“I greet the Chairman of APC, Honourable Rasaki Salinsile, the Chairman of my own APC in Osun”
