The crisis rocking the Ondo State House of Assembly may be far from over even as the assembly complex hitherto closed has been reopened. The crisis is connected to the non conclusion of the assembly members especially the apc caucus to elect a new speaker at a shadow election held. The preferred candidate Olamide George was said to have been defeated by Hon Oleyeloogun 5 to 6 respectively. This led to the honorable members to vow not to make such shadow election stand and the earlier order to re-open the becomes grossly ineffective when the Honourable are still poles apart in reaching peaceful resolution.
