The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, has confirmed the recovery and discharge of 104 COVID-19 patients managed in Lagos, FCT and Kwara states.
The health agency made this known on Friday night via a report on its official website.
NCDC also confirmed 113 new cases in nine states and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
This brings the total number of recorded cases in the country so far to 162,388 with 2,039 deaths while about 149,986 patients have been discharged after testing negative twice for the virus.
According to the report, States with the highest fresh cases include Lagos-53, Rivers-22 and Akwa Ibom-12.
Others are: Kaduna-12, Ondo-6,Osun-3, FCT-2, Jigawa-1, Nasarawa-1 and Kano-1.
